Send me an offer for what you wish to purchase. I shall evaluate it. You know your own resources better than I do. Make it quick, before I lead the grand assualt on the Sslal'teesh. If you wish to offer you aid, there are plenty of rewards. The Sslal'teesh guard a path to the surface. Finally, you shall be able to provide results to the entire city that the Seekers found a way to the surface. You will have mass support, and perhaps the Council will work with you, and against those who wish everyone to stay here. Your support can come in several ways:
-Men. Both active agents and those on scout duty. This is the most important raid of Sanctuary's history. It is the raid of Freedom. It may not be The Way, but will you let this chance go?
-Supplies. Allow us to live. If we do, then you can show everyone the way home.
-Scouting reports. Give us a report of their numbers. Ways into the city. How to get to the Synod. Caches of weapons that can be destroyed.
Do not delay. Do not befriend the Mole.

Gell.
Gold is one thing we could debate about for ages and I haven't got a clue on what an outpost at the Bluemushroom is even meant to cost. I'd rather you send us a price and we can work around that.
For now, maybe you can use this information (it may be helpful or completely useless) to help with your attack - and maybe considerate a 'first payment' or such?
Scout expedition to S'slal'teesh
Have today conducted very extensive scouting and intelligence-gathering. The Seekers have supplied with good assistance, as have the Elven Warband in this endeavour.* Our first stage was to venture to S'slal'teesh itself. We infiltrated the Docks area and the outer defence works. There are currently no ships docked in S'slal'teesh, although the work at their docks was extensive.
* The Docks were defended, by the looks, of a few lizardfolk five-man squads - as such they were organized - and some other lone lizards who may or may not be scouts. Some bore the gear of mages. (at least 40, probably more)
* From the Docks there is one above-ground approach to S'slal'teesh, which goes parallel to the ledge upon which the main fortress stands only to come up parallel with the walls of said fortress, providing an attacker with a very poor route.
* There are two underground approaches to the main walls of S'slal'teesh. The first is a long, underground tunnle, with several (four or more which was visible) squads (in total at least 20+). There were also many chambers which I did not enter.
* There is a short tunnle containing no lizardfolk leading up close.
* The ledge closes to the main fortress is filled with what appears to be dwellings. Many lizardfolk reside here, and at a guess I Would say I saw at least five such squads parading up and down the streets, and many others in the dwellings. Estimate 50+.
We were unable to penetrate the fortress. We made a map of the Dock and outer perimeters as well, which I will supply as soon as I can.
This report was written by Thorian and is about a week old. Things may have changed - but we can always return to scout it out again.
I hope this helps.
Seeker Ruby.
P.S. please also wait for a reply from Seeker Jerevar (if he doesn't take too long) as he knows more on the situation that I do

The initial price shall be 150,000 gold. Send that to Ivlyser and begin your "bargaining" if you wish. The report is appreciate but invalid as I have stormed the city and been inside it.

Hah! Gnome, you've overstepped your boundaries of good faith. That price is an insult. Should you offer the use of the Blue Mushroom so that we, the Seekers, can enact quiet and terrible justice upon our mutual enemies then we will of course accept. Yet to strain our resources while we are at war with your enemies shocks the imagination! The city of Sanctuary has come to the aid of the Blue Mushroom in the past, and it would again - but in the end the Blue Mushroom trading post will go to the people that can conquer it. At this time, that's as likely to be Gnolls or Lizard Folk as it is to be Svirfneblin or the people of Sanctuary. Take your offers elsewhere for you've nothing tangible to sell us.

Seeker Denten
The city of Sanctuary was the cause of the destruction of the Blue Mushroom. Your war caused the Sslal'teesh to invade the Blue Mushroom and destroy the people there. Your wars, which we were caught in the middle of. The Blue Mushroom was a peaceful settlement, not a war machine like this city is. My people will allow any to use the establishment as a base of operations against the Sslal'teesh, but do not make the false assumption that the people of Sanctuary are good and just. Most of them are, but some, like the self-proclaimed Lieutenant Fawkes, are under the impression that because your war destroyed our outpost, the svirfneblin 'are fleeing from aiding Sanctuary.' Do not be decieved by assuming that people in this city will come to the aid of the Blue Mushroom except for yourself, for most claim they will but stay under the sheets of their bed when the time comes. The offer, as was said in a previous letter I'm sure you missed, is for you to come up with. I do not know what resources you have. For the mean time, I shall inform the clan that the Seekers shall be using it for their operations against the Sslal'teesh.
I'm sure that your eagerness to slaughter our common enemy shall allow you to come to the crusade against the vile Sslal'teesh to slaughter them once and for all, whether or not they have a leader, for if they do not they shall soon have another one who has a vengeance greater than the previous one.

Excellent. We'll begin moving Seekers and equipment to the Blue Mushroom at once if Iylvsar finds it prudent.
