The suspected drow female Baelara was seen entering Watch custody. She was never seen leaving. Two drow males approached caretakers of the Beacon seeking retribution for their daughter. They carried a note to the effect that members of the Beacon are responsible for Baelara's disappearance. This note may have been forged. Strangely enough, there is a head piked outside the Pump House whose identity is unrecognizeable other than its apparent drowish features, and a note of interest aside the head implying it belonged to a female drow.

I wish to know whether Baelara was released alive, or died in said custody. Was it confirmed that Baelara was drow? I would also like to know whether any members of the Watch have negotiated with drow either directly or through intermediaries, and if so, the nature of these negotiations. Lastly I inquire as to the stance the Watch takes on the Beacon. Is there some history between these two organizations I am not aware of? I only know what has occured since earlier this week.
