[A missive left at the Seeker Hall]

Sir or Madame,

During a recent venture against the reptilian menace that threatens our fair Sanctuary, I fell in battle and lost a number of my personal goods. While most of these were worthless baubles, I am concerned about a cache of illegal items that I recoved the day before the offensive. It was my intention to turn these necromantic items into the Spellguard for destruction, but I was unable to reach an Agent prior leaving to aid in the offensive.

Among them were:

- Two scrolls of Raise Dead, recovered from a trogdalite nest on the other side of a false portal in the Canal Ward. I can produce a handful of people to verify that this is where they came from and that I was quite firm in my belief that they should be destroyed by the Spellguard.

- Two pairs of gloves that allow the wearer to draw the life force from another using negative energy.

- A handful of wands that shoot blasts of negative energy. Perhaps three to five. Some of these were used up when I found them, but because they had lingering negative energy, I thought it best to see them destroyed.

With the exception of the wands that had already been used, none of these have seen any use by my hands. I implore you not to assume that any man who carried such items would put them to use. If you have the capacity to destroy them, I urge you to do so. I have heard theories that burning scrolls of this nature still releases some malign energy. If this is the case, the Spellguard may be a better avenue for proper displosal.

Sincerely,

Lucius Foxmantle Rock Bottom Inn

Seekers,

Among the baubles and goods of mine that were recovered, the one that I truely wish to see returned is a tome blessed by Oghma. It was a personal gift from Councilwoman Adelia Tyrell and is of great sentimental value to me.

I will be in touch.

Mr. Foxmantle,

I have no idea why you think the Seekers have these items. However, it's worth pointing out that none of the items you listed are illegal in any way. Don't allow yourself to be misdirected regarding Sanctuary's laws. If you could direct your letter to a more specific member so we can assist you with this lost property, or explain why we are involved, it would be appreciated.

Foxmantle,

While on the assault I did not pick up the belongings of anyone who fell. If you are still missing anything, take it up with the svirfneblin who were with us on the assault, as I am certain they are more likely to have what you are missing.

[A letter addressed to Seeker Kowalski]

Seeker Kowalski,

What are the names of the svirfneblin in question? Can they be reached at the Seeker Hall, or is another address more fitting?

Thank you for your aid,

Lucius Foxmantle Rock Bottom Inn
