We would like to know if the platform area is officially considered part of Sanctuary, or more properly Dunwarren. We would also like to know the official classification of any areas further down were we able to access them.

Further, if you are able to answer questions of a legal nature, is spell-casting with or without the application of nightshade in the vicinity of Barak-Tor llegal during battles with the beasts we are contracted by the Watch to prevent from spilling forth into Sanctuary?

What of the use of divine healing magics at the top of the steps down to Barak-Tor? If a Stout were driven up the stairs by Chosen Warriors, and he used divine blessings to recuperate before heading back into the fray, would this be considered illegal?

I would like clarification on these points to inform my good Stouts and prevent problems with the Watch

Dunwarren is most easily identified as any area that can receive magical sendings from either defense organizations or the Herald's Office via Svirfneblin technology. The property leased to the Stoutheart Clan is designated to the Sanctuary Town Watch and is thus Sanctuary property. Currently unsettled sections of Dunwarren are pending claim and assessment by the Council for the expansion of Sanctuary.

Questions of a magical-legal nature would best be answered by the Order of the Spellguard and/or the Sanctuary Town Watch who enforce these laws every day.
