Councilors of Sanctuary,
I write to you to arrange a deal regarding a building in the city. Since recently it occurred to me that the building of the previous bank, which was held by the duergar, is of no use.
I represent the Elven Warband, and we I seek to buy the building. I would appreciate a meeting with one of the councilors, and see for any deal which can be done.
