Apparently when I got wanded for Svirfneblin I didn't get this tool. I had to have it manually given to me later. Howland said that this was a bug and I should report it here.

I wasn't even aware Deep Gnomes could blur themselves as a racial ability.

They can blind enemies (and due to nwn constraints, they deafen too), but I've never heard of them getting blur. Methinks you have been decieved.

Underdark sourcebook, concerning svirfneblin, Spell-Like Abilities: 1/day -- blindness/deafness, blur, disguise self.

Note that it is -not- ghostly visage. It is a special scripted deep gnome ability that gives them 20% concealment temporarily when activated.

You should acquire your auxiliary subrace widget at the same time you get your main subrace widget.
