My level seventh level LN dwarven cleric of Dumathoin has been unable to get his metal domain spells for some time. In the spellbook they have been replaced with Acid Fog (the sorcerer spell). I can still use the Flame Weapon ability off the domain item in his inventory, but none of my metal domain spells are available in my spellbook.

Check your domains.2da override.
