There has been some confusion and (I believe) even some inconsistency from the DM team about the "Troll Warts" item that casts the spell Regeneration.

Just so it's clear, Troll Warts the item do not regenerate lost limbs, heal terrible scars, or do anything beyond be useful as a way to heal wounds over time.
