Did this quest today. Eight man party. Levels 5-7. Problem: We didn't seem to get any xp.

Elites gave a few xp to the low lvls, but Troopers, Archers and Assassins and such yielded zero xp, or in some cases 1 xp.

At lvl 7 I ended up earning 38 xp in total from storming the fort. 10 xp was from the king, and 15 (!) xp was from Nynths. I would hate to think what higher level characters would get!

Quest reward xp and coin was as usual (meaning good).

Also the chests seemed to provide less-than-standard loot. But compared to the xp issue, nothing to get rowdy about, and may have been coincidental.

It was probably due to the large number of people in your party, combined with other randomized factors that happened to be unlucky for you.

Does the issue consistently occur, or occur when a smaller number of people take the quest?

Nothing has been changed about that quest for many months, as far as I know.

I was wrong. This was a real issue.
