My name is Ellie Fitzgerald, and I'm writing you to inform you about a project that is being undertaken by a man named Rahmun. He claims that the Spellguard are commissioning the manufacture of a weapon; a Post of Harmonium. It is said that using this weapon, the goblin and kobold threats in Lower will be undone.

Besides the obvious concern of genocide, there is also a danger that this weapon may be used against Sanctuary. If it falls into the hands of the Drow agents in the city, or if the Spellguard decide to turn it against the common citizen, then there is a serious danger.

As I understand it, Harmonium ore (the primary ingredient) can be found out in the Underdark. Rahmun intends to seek out a lady named Grizabella to find it, or to enlist the aid of Diviners. The metal itself can vibrate very rapidly when certain alchemical or magical processes are undertaken. Apparently the weapon will be sonic by nature.

I don't know what to do with this information, so I'm passing it along to you. Please do what you can to act on this, or at least verify its authenticity. I'm very concerned about what this might mean for Sanctuary; it may trigger the Goblin/Kobold war, or push them into allegiance with our other enemies. It could be many things, and few of them are positive.
