Could someone let me know where the portraits that are downloadable off of the main site go in the game folder? I can't seem to find my "Portraits" directory. Is it a sub-folder somewhere in the main game folder? Thanks ahead of time for the help.

Ok...I created a folder and called it Portraits under the main game folder, and then extracted all the files and folders from the download page onto it after downloading them, then went into the game and tried to make a new character, but I found none of the portraits selectable on the portrait page. Did I do something wrong?

When you extracted them, did they go into male / female folders?

If so, take them out, and put the individual files in the base portraits folder.

Double check that you've name the portrait folder correctly, that it's in the NWN main folder and that you've extracted all the files directly into it. Make sure the files you've extracted didn't go into the folder in a folder of their own.

If you're running under Linux you will also have to rename files so they names contain only lower case characters.
