Elient 26, 151 Seekers/Herald Seeker Hall/Townhall Regard Seeker Numbers

I query the number of Seekers and Seeker agents on active duty currently, and during optimal conditions. I'm hoping to use the information to help improve the city's scouting activity; I may have a number of individuals who could volunteer to help the Seekers until their own numbers are increased. This is of course a possibility only, but I hope to know how many men work for the Seekers.
