Citizen Danielson, I on behalf of the Watch wish to schedule a meeting with you. There are a number of issues to discuss. There are too many politics going on for honest men and too many rumors.

I'd like to meet with you, and in fact with all your men in a group or one on one. If we're all to be working together, let us get to know one another.

I doubt you're one to stand on credentials, and I know I have many reputations to live down generated by those I've investigated and punished in my career. Yet I spare no one, as we speak I am conducting a widespread investigation into the Spellguard and just yesterdark I helped the Temple of Hoar capture and punish a man who endangered Lower Sanctuary and cost the lives of one of your men.

This won't impress you. It should show you though, that I like you, have managed to piss off any number of people by refusing to disappear and insisting on protecting not "Sanctuary" but the people who are Sanctuary.

The lizardfolk are very close to moving. The Watch dealt them a serious setback yesterday aiding in the elimination of one of their armies, perhaps 200-400 lizards were slain in total. This likely represents 25% to 50% of their standing forces although this is a vague estimate lacking reliable reports on their numbers from the Seekers.

However, we've determined that their army is moving through the Dark Lake and Canal by swimming through it. You may wish to keep some of your men near the canal waters to keep an eye on the lizards; we'll send down Watch patrols as well to keep an eye on things.

I'm still working to locate you a gate. Keep me informed.
