Seeker, as I understand it-when Eugene Castille tested positive for an illithid implant several months ago, you offered to conduct a surgery to remove it.

I wish to know why you volunteered, was a physical implant known to exist? Did you ascertain this before offering to conduct a surgery, or were you seeking to cut the man open without a clear indicator that it was necessary?
