Greetings members of the Lower Council,
I am Alexander Reile and I am currently running for the Upper Council in Sanctuary. It is most apparent that should there be anyone with the best interest of the Lower quarter in mind, it would be a member of your group. As such, I would most certainly wish to meet with one or all of you in order to gain a better insight into the wishes of the Lower quarter so that should I be accepted into the Council I shall find myself more capable to represent the people that reside in the Lower quarter. The matters concerning the defence of the Lower quarter are high in my mind as well and I'm extremely interested in how it would be best to manage them best.
