I have recently visited the Sanctuary Orphanage and found no child nor caretaker present. I find it quite embarrassing to see the city not handling the problem of its homeless youth. So I am here to inquire on the status of the facility. If you can no longer care for it, I'd like to put it back to use. Name your price.
