Sirs and Madams

I would like to have the forth coming Coin Festival (the feast of Vergadain, my God), i am arranging in the Arena in Upper Sanctuary. I am writing to ask your permission to do so. The date is a ten day from now.

The festival will be a pay on entry event, all Councillor, Spellguard and Watch of course being free. It will involve two combat events. The Grand Axe and Hand Axe, which will hopefully have many entries and a Grand Auction at which rare, unique and unsual magical and mundane items will be auctioned. There is also to be singing and general festivities.

I think that at a time such as now it is vital to keep the spirits of all of Sanctuary up and the event will hopefully do so.

Please let me know you descision.

The Arena does not belong to the Spellguard nor Watch. Check with the Town Hall's Office of the Herald to find out who owns it and then ask permission to use their facility.
