Deliberations are in the works currently to name a man to the position of War Leader to help ensure the survival of Sanctuary in the coming weeks, especially against the pending Lizardfolk invasion.

My proposal, as it stands, names you as the War Leader who by all rights ought take over the defense of the city. However, it has come to my understanding you may not fully be prepared for the position, given that you still require time to grow used to your new duties as Sheriff. The need for a War Leader is great in the coming days of crisis. If you know of a more capable Candidate, who will hold only the interests of Sanctuary at heart , then I implore you to inform us right away.

Elient 20, 151 Councilor Gibbon Townhall Regard War Leader

I spoke with the Sheriff last night, he says he intends to turn down the offer of War Leader and can think of no one he would nominate in his stead.

I'd suggest nominating a current Council member. Preferably one with experience with the Watch and Spellguard if there are any myself.
