I'd like to request permission to use a small plot of stone outside the Upper Sanctuary gates, preferably near the Helmite grave site, to establish a grave marker and memorial site for Ordinant Megara Therion, recently murdered at the hands of criminals in Lower Sanctuary. If a fee is required, inform me of the cost and it will be paid.
