How open/possible is it to create your own PrC. What I mean is, if you wanted to create a PrC that had specific benefits that were different but balanced with other classes on the server, could it be done?

Obviously it would require an application, but before I went to the trouble of filling one out, I was curious as to wether or not it is possible without a hak and wether or not, as a rule, the dm team encourages or discourages such ideas?

Creating new PrCs requires a hak, however we do plan on making substantial modifications to our existing PrCs (specifically Harper Scout).

Good choice changing the harper scout though, as it is obviously the weakest of the PrC's. While you are making changes, anyway to make the shadow dancer a little less overpowering? As it is now, I see very little reason to be a scout and not take the shadow dancer PrC.

Fortunately, we have to apply for all of them still and I doubt we'll be seeing many scouts who simply take SD to improve their efficiency :P
