Sergeant,

I would like to request that Hurndor Kasin Moonbane be authorized to submit or otherwise arrange payment for the Stoutheart Clan in my stead or absence as he determines it necessary.

Sergeant Marshall has already received the coin for the next payment, and we should be covered until the upcoming elections. Also, I have cleared up some confusion that existed due to a miscommunication between Elder Thunderwood and myself in that you had received only one payment previously. I informed Sergeant Marshall that you had indeed only received one month's rent, and that I had mistaken my kinsman's statement to mean that he had paid an additional payment in addition to the one I had submitted.

I apologize for the confusion this has caused, and hope that by appointing Hurndor Moonbane the sole submitter of the rent, that this might avoid future situations like this one.

Finally, I wish to convey my firm assurances that the Stoutheart Clan has every intention of cooperating with the Watch and various other agencies of Law in Sanctuary in any way possible. We have pledged our axes to defend Sanctuary in the inevitable battles that loom in the future, and hope to be recognized as stalwart citizens known for our honor and courage.

If we can assist in any future actions that even threaten the safety of Sanctuary or its citizens, please do not hesitate to call upon myself and the Stoutheart Clan. And if any of our members run afoul of the Law in some way, rest assured that they will be spoken to and encouraged to mend their ways to remain a Stoutheart.

Any reports concerning such an incident would be helpful and much appreciated if you could forward them to myself in order to take immidiate action.
