I have been directed to you via Private Fawkes. I understand you are hiring, out of your own pocket, the work being completed on the stairway near the Bhast lift. I have seen figures moving on the stairway and they look dwarven, though i cannot be sure.

I would like to ask whether the dwarves working there are Duergar or not?

If they are not Duergar, then please ignore this letter.

If they are Duergar i would like to discuss arrangements for the works to be completed by others, as i know many dwarves with stone and metal working skills, i am sure we could undercut any Duergars.
