Elient 18, 151 Agent Strife Spellguard Tower Regard: Assault on Spire

It is my understanding you were present for an assault against the Spire including Privates Gauis, Brackish, Sergeant Marshall, and Councilor Dueaxfortes. No one within the Watch ever filed a report on this, even after the Council requested one.

Sergeant Marshall maintains that you were to file a report. If you have, can you please forward that to the Watch; and if this is not the case-can you ascertain why Marshall believes you would have filed such a report? It is my understanding from all the statements I've collected that you were not present for most of the assault.
