The Golden Mercenaries have long been in Lower, but their numbers decline and their presence in Lower with born steel brings many to question their legitimate authority in dealing with law.

As it is, they have none. With the inactivity present in your group I will have to ask that they either stay their weapons in public, or dismantle and join the Footmen. Joining the Footmen will give them official authority to defend Lower and put to an end the disturbances that occasionally make themselves known. It will also make official business easier, will bolster the numbers of Footmen and put an end to accusations which suggest the Mercenaries are past Tigereyes.
