I cannot confirm for myself at this time whether or not a Capital criminal documented by the Watch (yet no where else, save a Serious arrest by the Spellguard) is still at large; he may have returned to the city. The following log, report and file locations should lead you to the man in question. If he is in fact still wanted for criminal activity, I may be able to provide more information.

[Arrest Log Location] This was recorded as a Capital arrest, yet there is no corresponding official trial record. [Watch File Location] This is a Watch File I noted as having been Officially Opened; its name is that of the suspect.

A bit of skimming should either confirm or dismiss the suspicion. If it is in fact dismissed, my apologies for the minor distraction; however, if I recall, the man in question was involved with Dreagle and/or the Illithid, warranting my concern. If he is still a threat (or was and is presumed dead), I would like his description to confirm who I saw.
