A letter to Mendrick Archibald

Mendrick,

I've read some of your works that are in my private collection and have found them quite good. I take it you're a historian of great skill and I wonder if you might have an opinion or works written about the disapearance of the ill fated S.S. Freedom. It's of great interest to me as an old ex-sailor to dig in to a bit to the nautical history of this place. If you could send me anything about the robbery of the ship I'd certainly be indebted to you. I may be reached at the Rock Bottom.
