Make a list of the summoning themes

In reference to this post by chaosprism at the DM Q&A forum:

chaosprism 1) I was just wandering which domains had summoning themes associated with them so far?

2) And also if your cleric has two of these domains selected (legally) which one does it pick for the summon spells?

(i.e. if you had a cleric with spider and fire domain {though that isnt normally legal with any faerun deities} would your summons be fire ones or spider ones? Randomly selected or do you use some sort of item to choose between them. )

I have to say that I do think the summoning themes associated with domains (or anything else, for that matter) should be clearly listed somewhere, or at least some of them should be.

I can already imagine necromancer X using Summon Monster, thinking it'll conjure an animal of some sort like normally, and instead gets an undead creature that freaks out everyone -- including the necromancer, whose true identity is now known. Since many new players don't necessarily bother to read the forums before hopping in game, this is something that should maybe even be in the journal.

Casters would know what they're summoning, approximately at least.

When a cleric of an undeath-oriented deity who focuses in the undeath aspect of his deity calls upon his deity for a monster to aid him in combat, I don't understand why he would be surprised to get some sort of undead monster.

Nor do I see why clerics who are worried that their deity would send them an "undesirable" servant to assist them would not be able to call upon these servants in a secretive location -- perhaps with their cult loyalists -- at first, to see if they are suitable for public viewing or not.

Nevertheless, at popular demand, listed.
