Uhhhh late night player yus

Well...when one finds themself on the server at a slow time one begins to think to themselves how much more fun they would be having if they had another one person quest. I would like it a lot if there were more pointless quests that a player could do alone while they have noone to interact with. Maybe somthing like....if you have a certain appraisal skill you can buy somthing from a certain merchant and go sell it to another for a better price or....somthing that offers little xp and maybe like....50 gold...perhaps a bully is beating up a certain person and he needs to be taught a lesson...I dunno lol just somthing to think on.

There are already -several- solo quests. Probably more than there should be. We are toying with some mini-games that may help pass the time in the Rock Bottom Inn or other places when there are only 5 or 6 people online, but really ... the point of the server is to interact with other characters. Solo quests don't really encourage this. So! Not too likely to happen.

Go play Royal Dragon.

I know about the deliveries and stuff I'm meaning ones for like a level 6+. Although last night I had a ton of fun stealthing my way into the Drow city on my halfling.

I think the reason there aren't solo quests for 6+ is because those levels are reaching the high end, and therefore, gaining levels is harder and takes serious 'epic' quests. Not quests when you deliver a piece of wood to the Termite Fairy of 3 Happy Street. I know what you mean though, but I think that's the reasoning behind it.

!@#$%^&*() I never been to the !@#$%^&* drow city how come you !@#$%^& people end up there I never HAVEN"T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thomas_Not_very_wise !@#$%^&*() I never been to the !@#$%^&* drow city how come you !@#$%^& people end up there I never HAVEN"T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kay, so...that's a pretty reasonable unprovoked reaction.

I'd love to see some more higher level solo quests too. It might not even be about the rewards, but also about finding something to do.

Mur and the Rock Bottom definately need bar games. I seem to remembe someoner mentioning 'Kick the goblin' a while back..

Hah, kick the goblin, that's great.

How about toss the halfling, or dwarf for more skilled players? :)

Gnak-attack Although last night I had a ton of fun stealthing my way into the Drow city on my halfling.

There is exploration XP for the truly brave (or insane). While not the same as a quest, you're right that it's entertaining. Also entertaining are the National Geographic-esque interactions between spawns. There are new areas and ... um ... tweaks being added to the server all the time. I'm sure lots of them are still waiting to be discovered.

Alone-In-The-Dark How about toss the halfling, or dwarf for more skilled players? :)

Nobody Tosses a dwarf!

Some have been mentioned:

1) Play Royal Dragon 2) Bet on Rat Races (if this is still running) 3) Go capture, train, and breed rats for rat fights. 4) Explore (and get xp for it) 5) Find @areas (I haven't been on much, but when I have been recently, I've been starting to place some around again for DMless quests since I can log on for a couple hours and set up 4 or 5 of them.)
