My friend, I have not spoken to you in some time, and to my embarrasment, have not followed my post in a timely manner. I am aware you tried to contact me at some point long ago in regards to a meeting with others intent on aiding this organization. Perhaps you can call another one, as I am unsure of who is directly involved, and of the progress currently made. It would be most pleasing to discuss these matters and combine our minds together in any new directions that may aid sooner construction of this shelter.
Warmest Regards,
Stark

Friend Stark,
My deepst apologies for not being available lately. I have been rather busy with all the details of the house. As it stands, I will not be able to hold a meeting for at least a few more days. However, there is something of the utmost importance that I would like you to do for me.
I have recieved a letter from Alexander Archibald, informing me that he has spoken with his Uncle Mendrick about a sizable donation to the house. It would be nice if you could speak with Alex on my behalf.
If he offeres a donation, accept it graciously. Though, my guess is it will not be this simple. If he asks for anything in return, like percentages or favors or anything of the like, there is a specific way I would like you to handle it. Let him know that you, being a man of bussiness, understand his offer, but also say that you know I will be dissapointed with it. Tell him you will bring their offer to me and do your best to convince me to take it, unless it is, in your opinion an unfair request.
Truth be told, I am not stranger to dealing with gold and not only do I understand, but I also am probably willing to accept it. However, by doing it this way, it makes it clear that I personally will not be beholden to their house and it also sets you up as the man that they will feel comfortable dealing with in the future. It is, in my humble opinion, the best way to move forward.
If you have any thoughts or questions, feel free to write to me, as I check with Cyrus daily. Health and happiness, friend.

Good Michael,
It would be an honor and a pleasure to speak with Agent Archibald for you. I would ask that you send me a document stating that I am a representitive of the house and am fit to speak to them on matters regarding the shelter. Else they have no reason to believe I am involved. I will obtain a meeting with Mendrik Archibald if necessary and speak on your behalf if you cannot be present.
I will approach them as you request, though it be my natural inclination to attempt negotiations if needed. I understand your wish to remain autonomous, and would never sacrifice this. Any pertinant information regarding the two and their family, as well as changes or formal policy on the project that we have not discussed would be appreciated. I desire to make a professional and capable impression upon them.
I would like to hold a meeting of those involved to speak on our goals and progress as soon as possible. Have you found interest in any other groups among Sanctuary? I imagine the Watch, Seekers, Helmites and Champions of the Ordered Mind would be interested in donating what they can. Let me know when you are availible.
Warmest regards,
Stark

I've left you a document authorizing you to negotiate on my behalf. It is in this letter. As for your other concerns, I trust your judgement dealing with te Archibalds. Very little has changed since we last spoke about the specific details of the project, though we can go over any questions you might have later. We will hold a meeting soon outlining further details. For now, meet with Alexander and find out what they are willing to offer.
As for the other groups involved, they will all be contacted soon. Lets find out where we stand before we employ the help of too many others. The more involved, the more that will want the house to serve their own purposes. I was to set up a meeting with the tigers and the watch shortly, I would greatly like for you to be with me at these meetings.
In the meantime, be well and stay the course of good.

*A second letter is attached*
Agent Archibald,
I have authorized my good friend and associate Stark to handle negotiations with you and your family. I apologize I can not be there myself, but trust that Stark speaks for me and our cause.
