Councilor, I request the proof and evidence you have that Thomas is a threat to Sanctuary. I also doubt that you are aware of the death your proposed raid will cause to those who travel with you.

Thomas is not just a wizard, nor are his allies merely the few minions you see in your shop: nor do I suspect that the use of explosives is going to make even a minor dent in this particular being.

If you share evidence that Thomas is a threat, actual proof of his crimes against the city I can provide you with information that can help in his defeat; preferably his capture and trial. I feel it is best to provide evidence he is a threat, as it is clear he is a neighbor of Sanctuary and if we begin attacking them without evidence; it will lessen their trust of us. This will prove worse with the duergar whose presence we've restricted as well.
