For purposes of accuracy, I have been informed that the Order of the Pentinent Heart no longer exists by Councilor Fryar. You may want to clarify with the Councilor himself.

If this affects the contract in any way, let me know and I will be happy to file the necessary reports, or sign any amended documents related to this issue.

I recommend bringing the contract up for re-negotiation for the purpose of removing the Order of the Penitent Heart from the contract. The contract with new omissions should be circulated among those who signed it previously, for another signature. This, along with a note from Councilor Fryar, should be adequate. The Watch may object to the new contract, to discuss the defensibility of Barak-Tor or bring up other concerns while the contract is being re-negotiated.

I can draw up the contract with omissions and get a statement from Councilor Fryar to beign circulation, starting with yourself to pass on to Sergeant Marshall and then Officer Ferrington, if this is the course of action you desire.

This seems to be the most prudent course of action. If Councilor Fryar wishes his new order of Ilmater to have some role in the defense of Barak-Tor, I am certainly amenable to have the contract reflect that.

However, he seemed to indicate that he and his Order are quartered at the Beacon in Lower, and that their role in helping with our task is more that of ally then one of equal responsibility.
