My name is Raphael Swift, a citizen of Sanctuary. This is the second letter I send to you, but this one matters just as much as my first. Do your organization have any experience with dragon blood, ancestry to dragons or how one can find such things out?

I may have been too quick with my first letter and will take considerably more time with this to explain myself. I am a sorcerer, and use the magic within me to cast spells. This comes from dragon blood, which I have confirmed exist within me, but how powerful the blood is I do not know. Are there any ways to find out just how powerful the dragon blood within me is?

Also, are there any places near Sanctuary where lizard bones or any battles involving reptiles have taken place?
