A man named Raphael Swift claims that a member of the Spellguard has has allowed him to allow his wyrmling Dragon fly around the city by his side, informed him i would inquire with the Spellguard as to wether or not this is true. Is it possible for this to be confirmed and depending on the reply from you i will act accordingly.

In theory, as long as the familiar abides by the Laws of the city it is able to be free within city limits, however, certain areas may have their own rules concerning this, such as the Rock Bottom Inn, for example. Once the dragon begins to make a nuisance of itself, it will be dealt with accordingly the way all 'monsterous' races are dealt with. Devils (Imps) and most other Extraplanar creatures, as well as creatures related to enthrallment or creatures deemed as a danger to Sanctuary and its citizens will not be tolerated and should be reported immediately.

This usually will be dealt with on a case by case basis; keep up the good work.
