I think it'd be a real nice feature if we could have Herald Jafar or Clerk Cleidt give us the ability to call for Councilors, similar to the Spellguard and Seeker Bells. Moreso, being able to call specific Councilors, or all Councilors available for a trial, etc...

It would definately make finding a councillor easier! I'm for this.

Could we also get a Bigby's hand spell effect to show up on the Councillor when we've made a call? Lottery style?

Seriously though, this would make a guard's life so much easier and would reduce the chance of people getting annoyed by repeated sendings that don't affect them.
