We went to do the gnoll quest, we got the journal information for Adelia's quest instead from the druegar NPC. So we figured, what the heck, and went and did Adelia's quest but no foes spawned in at all. It was just a big empty area.

Comes from me being lazy and just copying a NPC giver and editing the conversation and variables. Ugh, easy to fix though.
