The Pit and Post property currently named Barak-Tor should still be under evaluation until the tenth of this month, at which point the Watch will determine based on the evaluation report whether or not to revoke the lease to the Stoutheart Clan and Order of the Penitent Heart. It should still be leased to the Clan and Order at this time, unless Lieutenant Greer or Sheriff Graiden exercised their contractual right to revoke the lease at any time, with valid reason.

Barak-Tor is not just city property, but Watch property. Please inquire with the Sanctuary Town Watch regarding its current status/availability. I would, of course, gladly discuss with you the contract that was filed with the Office of the Herald, between the city's law enforcement agencies and the current holders of Barak-Tor. For the next twelve or so hours I will be unavailable, but for some time afterwards I should be able to see you whenever you wish.
