Congratulations on your position in Lower. They need good men such as you to lead them, and I am hearing of your efforts to unit Sanctuary more and more frequently.
We of the Stoutheart Clan have noticed that the goblins and kobolds have been spreading about Lower. I have been informed that by law, they are supposed to be leaving Sanctuary. And if they do not, that they will be forced to leave by order of the Council.
I would know your position on such, and whether you might need assistance in forcibly removing them, by combat if necessary. Also, I have learned that the Stoutheart Clan might be contracted to enforce this law with our known skill at fighting such monsters.
Would such an act jeopardize our good rapport?
Soon, we will make headway in clearing the stairs and will be asking you to join us in ridding Barak Tor of the vermin that issue forth from the bowels below.
