Watch-man or Woman,
I have heard there is a warrant for my arrest on capital charges. I am curious as to why and what evidence there is for my arrest, as I've yet to do anything of the sort worthy of such charges. Sooner than spend another day or more in a cell for crimes I have not committed I'd hear the accusations and warrant now so I might clear things up or correct any false accusations before both of our time is wasted.
Signed,

Noye, you were arrested for assaulting Sonia. Contrary to your claims, there is no record of you being punished for the crime. I've sought Kivna who you claim watched you pay your fines and the dwarf does not remember this at all.
In your cell you were moved to capital until the Spellguard could probe your mind because there was evidence strongly suggesting you were an illithid thrall. This was not the case and as all the documents show, you were released after admitting that you planned to murder Sonia according to Field Agent Ferrington's reports.
For this reason, you were subsequently arrested for the capital crime of attempted murder. You were tried and found innocent by the Council.
Contrary to your irrational belief that your arrest was motivated purely by my disdain for traitors and rebels who overthrow the rule of law and claim it was for pure and honorable intentions ((The underlined is scratched out))
Contrary to your irrational belief that your arrest was motivated purely by my disdain for you and your traitorous "Lower Council", your arrest was motivated entirely by the law of Sanctuary which I uphold. If I wished to arrest every traitor on the "Lower Council" I would not aim for the one who shows a modicum of intelligence in wishing to reunite Sanctuary and end this rebellion but rather I'd arrest the fools who don't.
I'd suggest you cease your irrational diatribes. You've clearly poisoned the minds of several Councilors with your lies and your cover stories by painting a picture of corrupt intrigue out to destroy you for nobly defending the gangs of Sanctuary; but frankly put your arrests were warranted. Had this been a tyranny, you would not have walked out of your cell not once-but twice.

Fawkes,
Firstly. I never said this "Kivna" watched me pay the fines. It was Kasin and Tuur, as I told you the first time.
Secondly, I never admitted to attempted murder of Sonia. I admitted to attacking her with a blade, though it was fairly obvious to the Judge presiding that I had no intent of slaying her or else I'd of slain Best as well as I believed them to be together. I never told Ferrington I intended to slay her, if this is a belief you have then I think it is one you garnered yourself.
It is a failure to pay attention to detail such as this that has resulted in this mockery of justice and fair law, and a result as to why many more men fear to even enter a Watchman's presence behind closed doors lest they not be so fortunate as me to escape a cell for the rest of their days with no evidence to truly lock them away whatsoever.
Lastly, let us remember that you are the man of conjuring conspiracy amongst us. My distrust for the Spellguard and Watch is well founded, considering the latest turn of events.

Your witnesses confirm your allegations. An investigation into Sergeant Sannen has been recommended. The Council is being made aware of the allegation of corruption her part for failing to report your fine.
