That Half-Drow sought to speak with me, where I refused his Master and bid that the Kobolds and Goblins leaving would be for the best. He has since refused me and is taking actions to succede from Lower Sanctuary, and Upper.

I was to speak with the Goblins though I am beginning to question this as it appears they are preparing for war, though Cole hardly speaks for the Goblins. I will try to speak with their Chief myself, though I doubt any sort of success if things are as Cole said they are.
