Recently, when I prepere the invisability spell for my cleric of Mystra, although the spell icon is no longer transparent in my spellbook window, the option to cast the spell does not take place, the icon is transparent in my quickslots as if they had already been cast or not prepered, and when using the icon menu via right-clicking my character, the spell is not there, again, as if it is not prepered or already used.

I've recently taken out the override for addtional cleric domains, used the character, then placed the override back in hoping that would fix it after realising my mistake.

Had any luck with this?

If not, I'm not sure what to say. Just make sure that it's using the override and whatnot.

Ages back, my Cleric (Can't remember which) had their Domain Spells over ridden with Mind Fog (Think it was Mind Fog). I tried preparing it, but it just acted as though I had no spells of that level. Even healing didn't work. I didn't report it because it went back to normal a few minutes after.

Sorry, just realised that this happened when my dad uninstalled the Overide, so ignore this or whatever.
