With this latest decree by Upper Sanctuary I'm expecting a good deal of chaos between the eastern ward and Upper. I want our Footmen on guard against careless fools entering Lower with the explicit intent of causing conflict with the Goblins and Kobolds in Lower, I also want the things on watch to ensure they aren't causing any trouble of their own in light of this decree.

I will be going myself to speak with the creatures to arrange for their departure under preferably peaceful terms before the decree comes to take place.

I would like the Footmen to keep a close watch on the Eastern Quarter with this rumored succession. If possible, find more men, I'm willing to put down a thousand coins to offer as wages during this period and until the threat is handled.
