Just to let you know, I've resigned from the Lower Council. I am confident the group is on the right track - the people on it mean well. I'm not a natural politician, and my Seeker duties lead me to have long absences so I thought it best someone else take over. Any further negotiation for the reunification process should probably be handled with Christon Noye, Vince, and Big Bill. I should warn you that Winston still favors independence, although he's in the minority and is willing to support treaties and agreements of cooperation.
