there is a guy in upper.. south west corner.. just north west of.. i think its called borok-tur.. stairs.. anyway.. his name is something like.. flipppin or frippin... anyway.. he has NO interaction of any kind.. not even a "get away from me" or "you are not suitable to help".. i realize that some npc are there just for filler.. but he has a first and last name.. which "normally" implies he a has a significance... if i am wrong just shoot me on site....
