Letter to members of the Council

My name is Jenner. I am a paladin of Tyr, and unfortunatly was born a half orc. While I may disagree, I understand your decision to remove the citizenship from many races, including my own. I'd like to ask that my citizenship be returned. The only mark on my police record is for illegal spellcasting, which occured when I healed myself outside a warded area within the first hour of my arrival, before I knew about the wards. I was raised, educated, and trained by my adoptive parents, a human paladin of Tyr and his wife, who was a half-elf. If you wish, I can give you the names of a few people who can vouch for my character. As for joining a branch of defense, I am not a spellcaster and Barrister Fawkes once told another paladin and I that our faith might get in the way of our ability to enforce the law. I would love to join the Seekers, however. Thank you for your time

(signed in neat script)

Jenner of Tyr,

Please have your references send us their recommendations for granting you citizenship. It is particularly helpful if one of your references is a member of one of the city's organizations. Also, a list of past services you've done for the city would prove helpful.

-Councilor Shane

I've been in many groups who have done things to protect Sanctuary, including clearing undead from an old staircase and destroying mutant spiders in Dunwarren. (ooc: mostly normal quests) I've also healed those who needed it, and attempted to turn some people of dark nature to the side of good. Fellow paladin Iria Fen and I have been trying to help the poor by doing things for the Beacon.

I've asked a few friends to send in recommendations for me, I hope you recieve them soon.

One more comment, hopefully not one that will risk my citizenship. I do find it very discouraging that some good people have lost their citizenship due to race while many humans and other legal races have such evil in them. I know many half-orcs are evil, and that you all can't tell easily who is evil and who aren't. But it is still rather hurtful to ones such as myself who try to prove to others that soul is more importrant than race only to lose their citizenship.

Jenner Tenken, paladin of Tyr
