He sort of has a point. How about at least one footman or Golden Merc with something like the dialogue the Watch privates have? Just a bit of background on Lower and maybe some rules. I know there's already a board with this, but it might be nice to be able to ask a guard too. For newbs and such.

Also, the majority of chars that hang out in lower are stupid illiterate dwarves. So for illiterate characters (like dwarves!) it'd beifit RP to have one, and there'd be less of a "ya know, we aint likin' new folks round 'ere. We might be lettin' ya pass if ya gives us all ya money" population
