Can we have a restrict on guys using the CEP heads please?

It is a massive kill-joy to not be able to say "the guy who stabbed me was the halfling with black hair."

If you see a headless character, inform them that they are using a CEP head on a non-CEP server and state that others cannot see the head model that they have choosen. Hopefully, someone spots them right away so the player can quickly remake their character without any progression or time lost.
