Councilors,

I have since become a representative of Lower Sanctuary, though many of you have often seen me about Upper Sanctuary. It is because I am a man of Sanctuary, despite the fact my heart lies in Lower.

I do not believe we will stand long divided, and I further believe Unity is something that will be neccesary to ensure the survival of our people.

I write to speak with any Councilors who feel it wise to negotiate unity with Lower. I will make myself available to speak with you in time to come. Those interested may contact me at the Crone.

Hey, Orison and Vince told me about your appointment. Congratulations.

Sorry that I haven't gotten in touch with you since or Chosen raid in the sewers.

I'd really like to talk about unity. The upper council is willing, as is what I'd bet is a majority of the lower council now, right? I hope we can work out how to do it soon. I'll stop by the Crone so we can talk.
