Eleasis 26, 151 Spellguard Spellguard Tower Regard Collapse of Sanctuary

I fear Sanctuary is on the verge of ending a 151 year history of freedom and democracy because the Council refuses to take the drastic action necessary to end the rebellion which is greatly endangering Upper Sanctuary now. This dragon would not be firmly entrenched inside our walls with a small army if the rebellion had not be allowed to fester this long.

I'd entreat the Spellguard Agents to meet with me soon. Some course of action must be decided upon.
