In my inventory i have an undroppable item that looks like an animal skin but is called 'Shield Dwarf Skin'. I thought it might have been something to allow 'dwarven' summoning but that didn't work....

Am guessing i shouldn't have this? Not completely sure this is even a bug.. :)

It's a subrace hide -- it's equipped into a hidden slot in your inventory to give you various subrace-specific bonuses. Occasionally (due to bugginess) they don't get put into the hidden slot, and instead fall into the main part of your inventory.

It is an entirely OOC item. Just get a DM to delete it from your inventory.

Don't do as I say - listen to Arkov. BUT: if the skin is supposed to be equipped on the skin slot (Arkov?), putting it on a quickslot and clicking it will equip the hide (At least that's my experience).

That may work, although I think that usually you already have a subrace skin in the "creature hide" slot, and the one that falls into your inventory is a spare.

When I have seen it happen, it is the one that should be equipped that has 'fallen off'. Notice that when you have equipped it, you'll have to put something else into the quickslot to empty it, because for some reason the 'Empty Quickslot' button doesn't work with hides.

When that happens, just replace that quickslot with another item, and then empty it.
