Archivist Varlam Nikitovich, Office of the Herald, Town Hall

*Written in the flowing, elegant script of a practiced scribe*

As an independent researcher, I spend a great deal of my time cataloguing my results and analyzing individuals, locales and creatures. I spent much of my early years serving as a scribe for officials who worked in a legal fashion as well.

Combine that with the fact that I am well-spoken, have written numerous papers on a variety of subjects, and am superlative at investigatory work and I do imagine that I would make a fine choice for the position of Property and Claims Inspector.

While, I have not participated actively in the construction of any buildings on an architectural level, I have studied much of history and read more than a few books containing maps and layouts for building designs.

If you would wish to discuss more, I would be delighted to engage you in discourse over a cup of herbal tea or a fine wine. I eagerly look forward to your reply.

Sonia Arrynal,

Please stop by the Office of the Herald some time tomorrow to further discuss your interest. An evaluative task may be assigned as well.

A brief note is left at the Rock Bottom by a rather pale and slightly disheveled, tall man in a white suit. He undoes his collar, looks over the note, and mutters a prayer to Kelemvor before dropping it off.

Sonia Arrynal,

I am afraid that the attack on the Canal Ward had me preoccupied yesterday when I asked you to see me. You will be contacted if the position is still available in late Eleint. Thankyou for your interest.
